I was surprised at the number of harsh comments on the article.  I thought it was funny.  Guess those people just don't share our sense of humor.  =P

It's funny! Yeah, some people need to lighten up and realize it's suppose to be a joke.

This exactly! I guess they were just so afraid that it might turn off new mothers towards bfing. Honestly, I wish people (like my own mom) told me the truth (that it's hard) because I would hate feeling like I was the only one who was going through bfing pains and I think I only hung in there longer actually because I knew via this board that so many other moms were saying how surprised they were that bfing was so difficult.

Yeah, I dunno why people don't find it funny!  I didn't even read the comments and I posted it on the BF board here and someone mentioned the harsh comments.  Whatever.  I was seriously LOLing.  And I didn't even have that many issues with BF.  But it really did hurt for the first few weeks.  I mean, how can it not?
