another annoying christmas Q

Our parents are asking what to get LO for christmas. She doesn't need much and I got a bunch of keepsake stuff for her so here's what I came up with for them:

Fabric shopping cart cover, space saver high chair (our current high chair sucks), MiYim organic fairy doll (ok really that's because I want it), Leapfrog musical table (for when she stands), toys for her to crawl around and chase, learning toys, playroom table/chair set (this might be better for a birthday since she won't need it for awhile), new breathable bumper and crib skirt, then stuff she regularly uses like formula, jar food, bibs, cloth diapers for messes, her diapers and wipes, bath stuff, socks, jammies and baby proofing stuff for our new house.

Can you think of anything else a 9+ month old might need?

We're asking for money to go towards 2 new convertible car seats.

Wow - yeah, I think that's plenty. I keep an Amazon wish list for DS. People can pick from that.

Ya, to reiterate these are only IDEAS for them to pick from. She isn't going to get everything I tell them. I don't bother with amazon anymore as my family likes to go to the store and get things in person. They hated when I did amazon lists lol.?

Umm no (ok except for the crib skirt). These are practical gifts that we use on HER all the time. Duhhhh. ?And who cares what "column" it's in. What's so wrong with my family getting LO gifts, people?! Not to mention there are 6 grandparents looking for ideas plus great grand parents, aunts and uncles. I just don't get it. Remove stick from a** already (this is not directed toward you Ghostmonkey specifically. sorry).

I think it sounds fine.  You gave practical suggestions.  

I wish my parents would ask.  Instead, between the 3 sets, we will probably get tons of random toys to clutter the house.

Board books, maybe a push toy for when she's cruising.

Your list is pretty complete. Perhaps some clothes for when she's older - one-year old -  that's season appropriate.
