Called Similac

I stopped receiving checks from Similac all together, but I still get emails from them regularly.  Last week I gave them a call seeing if they could help my family out with coupons or checks.  The customer service rep was extremely nice, and we talked about other things than formula for a few moments. 

An envelope came today in the mail with 2 $1 off Similac coupons.  

Oh well.  It was worth a shot.

Did she say why the $5 checks aren't being mailed any longer? We were wondering ourselves too.

She didn't say, but someone informed me on a coupon forum that Similac was busting people for selling their checks.  Maybe that's why?

How do you get the checks?  I get e-mails from them but never received even one coupon or anything.

Really?  I signed up with Similac during my pregnancy.  They sent me a can of formula along with several checks during the first 5 months.  Now it's stopped completely.

That is crazy!  I signed up and all that and never got a thing.  Boo Similac!

The checks were really helpful, because formula feeding wasn't in our plans at all.

We got coupons in the beginning too and then they stopped. I sent them an email just asking why/when they stopped.  They sent me one more sample and a few coupons but I still didn't receive any more coupons after that. I think once the babies are a few months old they figure you are set on using their product and your baby is happy so you probably wont change so no need to keep sending you formula checks to get you hooked.
