Hello all, my baby boy Dominick Collins has surgery on November 2 on his left hand, because when i was 20 weeks pregnant something ruptured and rapped around his hand, He has 4 fingers that are stuck together and their gonna do plastic surgery and separate the fingers so they will be able to grow, i am so glad what they can do to help fix things like this, but people don't call it birth defects, They call it limb problems that can be fixed

I am sure your son will be fine. Something similar happened to my husband and he had surgery as an infant. They took skin from his groin to help form the fingers. My husband ended up playing college football. People rarely notice and if they do they ask him if he had an accident. I am sure that after the recovery, you won't think about it.

My DS is having surgery the same day for hernias. We will be thinking about you guys that day!
