what kind of cheese does your LO eat??

I want to try DS on cheese, but what kind is the best to try at first?? TIA!

We stared with shredded mild cheddar - but don't put shredded cheese on his tray - that's a disaster. Once I figured that out, I mixed it into his mixed veggies puree and he loved it. I've also done shredded mozzarella and cubed cheddar.

She started with sharp white cheddar... it was all we had and she loved it. She's also had all different cheddars, mozzarella, colby, and monterey jack. No American or other processed junk.

He's had goat gouda a couple times, but then we realized he's sensitive to goat milk too so that's all he's ever had.
