How on earth do you pronounce anais? I cannot figure it out.

And...what is the difference between a swaddle blanket and a swaddle wrap? they look the same in the picture but there is an 8 dollar difference.

I think it's pronounced like 'an-eye.'

On the A + A web site they are just listed as "swaddles" and then in the description they are called "swaddling wraps." So I think what you are seeing on Amazon are both swaddles, they are just named differently depending on the seller or on when they were listed. The price difference may be due to that pattern being older.

The more expensive ones are the nicer, boutique quality.  They are softer and bigger, 47 x 47 instead of 44 x 44.  The smaller, cheaper ones are like the aden & anais version they sell at Target.

I babysat for a girl named Anais and they pronounced it ah-nah-eee. For what it's worth :-)

I got the ones from target that are 44x44 and we love them. They are plenty soft yet durable and plenty big enough to swaddle her (10 weeks old) in very night. I actually don't think I would want them the extra three inches bigger.

My french SIL has a sister whose name is Anais- she pronounces it "Ahn-yes"
