On the A + A web site they are just listed as "swaddles" and then in the description they are called "swaddling wraps." So I think what you are seeing on Amazon are both swaddles, they are just named differently depending on the seller or on when they were listed. The price difference may be due to that pattern being older.
The more expensive ones are the nicer, boutique quality. They are softer and bigger, 47 x 47 instead of 44 x 44. The smaller, cheaper ones are like the aden & anais version they sell at Target.

I got the ones from target that are 44x44 and we love them. They are plenty soft yet durable and plenty big enough to swaddle her (10 weeks old) in very night. I actually don't think I would want them the extra three inches bigger.
