I have a whole new appreciation for how simple and healthy my last pregnancy was. On top of everything else I failed the one hour glucose test (by quite a bit) and now need the three hour test. Honestly, I just want to scream. It is impossible not to stress out over all this.

Sorry this pregnancy is stressful.  Don't forget though, that 85% of the women who take the 3 hour test pass it.  I actually failed it big time with my last pregnancy, and once I got used to it, GD wasn't so bad.  Hoping you pass and get some good healthy baby news soon, but if you fail the 3 hour, let me know if you need advice.

I just took the 3 hour on Wednesday (no results back yet)--not the most fun thing in the world.  Good luck and hope things start to look up for you.

Sorry my 2nd pregnancy was a total disaster so I completely understand where you are coming from.  I too failed the 1 hour badly, but somehow passed the 3 hour.  I did end up on bedrest at 33 weeks, so not all good news.  The positive news is my 2nd baby is super healthy and a very easy going child.  I keep saying she was getting all of her craziness out before she was born.

I'm sorry you are going through all of this. I know you can't help but worry. The 3 hour test isn't fun but isn't that bad either. And even though I was SO upset when I got GD, it really ended up being ok and not as big of a deal as I had expected. Try not to worry about that for now though, lots of people fail the first and pass the second one. I hope you've been able to relax some and have a good weekend!

I'm so sorry Julie.  I can imagine how stressed you are.  Just take it one day at a time, and try to think postitive. ( I know easier said than done).  My thoughts and prayers are with you.
