Adriana ?

My son has an italian first name and we have a long italian last name.  Our top picks for our second are Alessia and Adriana/Adrianna.  First how would you pronounce Adriana?  (Ah-dree-ah-na, or Ay-dre-ah-na) ?  Which spelling?  and which do you like better Alessia or Adriana?  Thanks!

    I like Adriana better than Alessia.  I know someone named Adriana and it's pronounced ay-dree-ah-na.

    This is my husband's current favorite girl name. We kind of fell in love with it while watching The Sopranos. It's a great Italian name! Love it.

    I love Adriana. Considered it for my DD. Much prefer it over the other name.

    I automatically think Ah-dree-ah-na , but I know most people pronounce it the other way.My daughter was Adria,and we pronounced it Ah-dree-uh and alot of people thought it was Ay-dree-uh.

    I pronounce it AH-dree-ah-nuh bc that's how my friend pronounces her name.  I think Aid-rianna sounds too harsh.  I kind of like Alessia better.

    Reminds me of The Sopranos as well. Pronounced ay-dre-ah-na. Pretty name, very girly. I prefer the spelling Adrianna though.
