Suggest boy names please!!

I'm at a lost for boy names... We currently have one son, named Elias Jonathan, but have no idea what to name baby #2 if it is a boy. 

Our only ideas so far: Samuel and Jude/Judah... My husband and I both like Samuel (in fact, my husband loves it) but our last name starts with an "S" and I'm not sure that I like the two s-sounds next to each other. But, I do like the way that "Eli" and "Sam" go together.  I like Jude/Judah but just don't feel like I LOVE it...  

So, please suggest boy names. We like names that are a little less mainstream but aren't "weird".  While we like biblical names, it certainly doesn't have to be...

Judah's our #1 boy name. Samuel is nice, too.

I also like biblical names. One suggestion is Joah (Hebrew). I also like Josiah.

My first and last names (both my maiden name and married name) start with B. I've never minded it. It helps that my middle initial is T, which is really uncommon. I actually think it sounds nice to have both names start with the same letter.

I love the name Judah... DH and I were talking about baby names the other night for fun (our DS is only 3 months, so no plans yet of course!) and we mentioned Judah and also Levi. I also love Lucas, but it's DH's brother's name, and they names their first son Lucas Jr., so it's out for us. Anyways, good luck!
