I've been trying to get DD to fall asleep on her own in her crib for the past 2 nights, both nights were pretty much the same, but last night was the longest.
I put DD to bed around 8 which is her normal time, she was getting fussy, rubbing her eyes etc. I usually have to rock her to sleep for 30 minutes after her bottle. So i put her in her crib drowsy with her paci, she laid there quietly for 20 minutes, I heard fussing so i went in to check on her she rolled over. I flipped her back popped the paci back in and left. She hung out in her crib until 10:30... didnt cry, nothing just rolled around and stared at her mobile. At that point i was ready for bed. So i gave up and gave her another bottle and rocked her until 11.
So im really unsure what to do at this point as instead of crying or going to sleep she just sits quietly. WTF. So any tips you can give me to help her fall asleep and know that the crib means bed would be great. TIA
Re: Sleep training
This. I wouldn't go in if LO wasn't crying.
