Anyone been to a "Wee-Cycle Sale"?

The AA county one is this weekend, I have to work all weekend, but got a pre-sale pass, but I heard from a friend that they weren't really that great and there wasn't much stuff, anyone going this weekend or have been to one before?

I hear Tot Swap is better, but I've only been to Wee-Cycle in Perryville. 

It's worth it to stop in, but it can get crazy.

I went to one in Glen Burnie back in the spring. I went on a Friday afternoon and no one was really there. I hear they can get crazy on Saturdays. It was worth it for me.....I got a huge bag of maternity clothes and some stuff for DS for about $70.

Good to know, I have a new moms pass thing, for a preview sale thursday  I have to work all weekend so I guess I'll check it out, it can't hurt.

I've been to one. I heard that they can be hit-or-miss. We went to the AA one in the spring on a Sat., but we go there at like 9am. I got a few good deals, but most of the stuff that I really wanted had been sold the night before (I was looking for an exersaucer). I did end up getting a bouncy seat and play mat for a good price.

I went to the one a couple of weeks ago in Carroll County and got a bunch of maternity clothes and baby clothes.  I also went on a Friday mid-day, so the crowds weren't too crazy.

I've only been to the Wee-Sale in Annapolis and Easton. They were pretty good, but I usually went to the Friday sales in Annapolis which could be pretty crowded. Saturdays in Easton was a lot more tolerable, but not as much stuff.

I love TotSwap.  I always make out well, both consigning and buying.

DH and I went to the one in Perryville about a month ago for the new mom pre-sale.  We managed to get a bunch of the big stuff (highchair, pnp, stroller frame, excersaucer & swing) for MIL's house (main daycare) for a really decent price.  Didn't look at the clothes or really much of anything else since we didn't know what we were having yet.  I imagine depending upon what you are looking for, the selection may not be great.  I think there were 5 pnp when we got there and by the time we left there was maybe one left.  But we found it worth while to go.

I think it depends on which Wee-Cycle sale you go to, and what you're in the market for.  We've made out really well at both the Baltimore and Carroll County Wee-Cycle sales (multiple sales in each county), so no complaints here.

I went to the presale tonight...I was not impressed.  I consigned and purchased at the Wee Sale in Annapolis in September...much more stuff there, better quality items and the checkout was faster.  I do think I am going to check out TotSwap as well...seems to be a lot of fans here!

WOW, Totswap was huge!!!  We went tonight and was amazed at what they had.  Def much bigger than Wee-Cycle (at least the ones I have been too).  I'm heading to Wee-Cycle tomorrow...
