What's for dinner?

I had pretty good ideas and planned ahead the last two days. Today I've got nothing. What's everyone else having?

Re: What's for dinner?

  • I have no idea what we are having today, but last night was pretty good. I made some of the Barilla rotini pasta (the wee little ones that they are marketing for kids and I am a sucker and bought), sauteed some asparagus and snow peas (and broccoli steamed, on the side, for me because DH doesn't like it), browned up some chicken strips and threw it all together with one of those Philadelphia "cooking creams." I am calling it Italian stir-fry. I am saying that the veggies counteracted how bad the cream thing was. It was pretty tasty if I do say so myself.

  • We're having chicken breasts dipped in hot sauce & panko, then baked, rice and green beans.  We had pot roast last night and it was sooooo yummy!

  • R is having mac n cheese, ham steaks, and broccoli. I have a chiro appt so he is eating with Papa and Grandma.

Last night he and I had Ravioli/sauce, turkey meatballs, carrots, and garlic bread. Silly kid devoured his carrots first!

  • Irish-I've been wondering about the Philadelphia Cremes, good to hear that it's yummy!

I think I'm copping out and doing tomato soup and grilled cheese tonight.  I really need to get some groceries this weekend!  I'm trying to space it out to every two weeks or so but we're even almost out of american cheese.
