Read about vbac?

I am pregnant for the third time. I had a c-section with my daughter 19 months ago.

I had "double wall"stitching... I think is what they called it to hopefully have a vaginal birth the next time around.

Apprently I am seeing a new doctor, still need to look into that one...

Should I bring up by desire for a vbac at the first appointment or wait?

I also want to read more into it so that I am informed.

 My daughter was born at 34 weeks due to pre-e, I was in induced for 48 hours with no progress... which is why I ended up with a section...

Thoughts? Suggestions?

I would 100% bring it up as soon as possible.  If this doc doesn't support your decision to VBAC, you need to know now so that you can find a new doctor.  From what I've heard, the best thing you can do for your chances of a successful VBAC are having the best support team behind you and a doctor would be a HUGE part of that.
