I just started making the kids lists this week, I'm so excited! 

For the boys: Legos, youth basketball goal, bigger bike for Jack, a LeapFrog LeapPad and more games (we already have an Explorer and it uses same games), and some DVD's, maybe some more Thomas trains they have been asking for. 

For Lauren: an Anywhere Chair, a Blabla dolly, and...I need some more ideas for her!  Probably just some small/pink baby toys since we already have all the bigger baby things.

On my wish list are kitchen gadgets and stuff like that. 

I have no idea what to get the kids this year.  None.  If I asked Evie, it would be princess this and princess that.  I'll be stalking this thread for ideas.

Aerin:  Princess dolls (Mattel has been having lots of deals on the princess barbies and she loves them).  Backpack from PBK, 2 bla bla dolls (already bought at the sample sale), easel

Alec: Golf Clubs, legos, Cars 2 DVD, probably some big trucks.  still need more ideas

The boys: getting a play kitchen to share and some play food for it

Bailey: Itunes gift card for more ipad apps, the xbox kinect Seseme Street game (it's suppose to be great for preschoolers), probably some more Thomas stuff

Bryce: a little work bench, and some other little things that I haven't figured out yet.

G: books, science set, puzzles, something with dinosaurs.

C: books, baby odds and ends, clothes.

Jax is getting a bunch of thomas stuff.  He's newly obsessed with Thomas...has loved trains for a while though.  He's also getting that big foot monster thing.  

Not sure about Cooper.  It's so hard to figure out for him!!

Abigail's big present is a dollhouse. (looking for a good deal on a wooden one, so if anyone sees one, let me know!) 

If you ask Abigail what she wants, she'll say, "Princesses", so I'll get her a few Princess things. But also a few movies, Cars2, Lion King, Rio, and some big girl bedding.

I think the big present for Ethan will be some kind of power wheels car.  He has a firetruck but it is for younger kids (no pedal, just push a button on steering wheel, can't back up etc).  He tried a car at a friend's house and loved it.  His birthday is in Feb so I always have to decide what we will give when.  I can usually get some good deals after Christmas for bday though.  For his bday, I am thinking about getting him one of this smaller size bounce houses that you can have at home.  His preschool class has one and he's obsessed with it.  I thought he could just have a couple friends over with that for his party.  I'm hoping to find both of those big gifts on Craiglist.

Emma: a Smart Trike, easel, art supplies, Aden & Anais dream blanket...

Abby: Aden & Anais dream blanket, Sophie the Giraffe, baby toys.

Me: no freaking clue. Probably another Tervis Tumbler (I'm a bit obsessed),

DH: another Contigo travel mug.  He's hard to shop for.

Boys:  Star Wars lightsabers; Iron Man gloves; train stuff, board games, possibly some sort of hot wheels battery powered car or something similar.

Me:  No clue; I just really want to have my living room carpet ripped out and hardwood or new carpet put in.  I want my kitchen painted, and I also would like to go on a mini vacation the last week of the year.

Dh:  He'll actually be pretty easy to buy for this year.  I've already bought him tickets to the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra for 3 performances, he also wants an Ipod, and since he travels a lot, I can get him a new piece of luggage and some new business clothes.

Caroline: so far I just have a Minnie Mouse cash register (she saw at Target and is obsessed with it), a play guitar, and a kitchen (hopefully I can find a good deal).  I know more will get added, just the other day she said she wanted the Goldilicious book so I mentally noted that on the list.  Anytime she asks for anything I tell she will need to ask Santa when she sees him in a few weeks (and I try to remember!). 

Taylor; So far I know I only want to get him an Anywhere Chair and maybe a starter train set.  I don't have many ideas for him yet.

Me: I have so behind in technology so I am asking for some gadgets - I want a GPS for my car and I one of those nice Bose systems for the house that I can plug my ipod/iphone into.  I will probably ask for a new bag too.

This is C's list as dictated by her:

A big girl Dora bike with training wheels
A helmet
A Mermaid costume
A baby carrier for her dolls (like the one I carry Trevor in)
A dragon costume for her baby (Trevor is going to be a dragon for Halloween, so her baby needs a dragon costume too)
Another letter "E" fridge magnet so she can spell both "Cadence" and "Trevor" on the fridge..no other letters..just "E"

She has since added "a butterfly net" to the list.

I am getting her: A Clifford book, a winter night gown and the mermaid costume for dress up. Santa will be bringing the bike and helmet. Not sure what DH wants to get her.

We have all the age appropriate toys for T so we will just wrap some of them up for him to open (someone on her did this one year..GREAT idea since we have no more room for stuff and the baby won't know the difference.)

Jackson wants:

- a lawnmower , a geotrax airport, maybe we are thinking a drum set. I am also getting him some learning books.

Nkosi is getting a laptop and another ipod. He is also getting some Steelers bedding for his new bed. Also he wants a new bike.

Kya needs a new bike. I also want to get her a table and chair set for her room...as she requested. I need to get her doll head that she can comb the hair. I haven't thought of anything else. She likes princess stuff and needs new pretend dress up clothes. Also some new clothes for school.

Amiri needs a new bike too. On top of that he saw a fireman house at Costco that he adores. That will be put on the list. And I will add some dress up clothes and school clothes.

I want to get them some kinect games for the Xbox as well.

Hubby needs some Acid program for music and headset. He also needs a new drill.

And I hope to treat myself to Lasik (finally) and an ipad2.
