Vitamin Water Zero

I was nauseous all day and just started sipping a vitamin water zero and started feeling better. Got to thinking, and sure enough, B6 is listed on the bottle. It says it is 40% daily value, how do I know how many mg this is? I don't wanna OD on B6...if this works I will be so happy bc I am semi obsessed with the stuff anyways.

I'm obsessed with Vitamin Water Zero. Especially love the XXX kind. DE-licious!! And I have that around at work, so that's great to know when I can't seem to control my tummy.

I don't think it will hurt.... just don't drink a whole case in one day.  There are some vitamins you don't want to get too much of (like A) but unless you're taking too many vitamin supplements it's probably not an issue.

I don't think you can OD on B vitamins.  I'm pretty sure you pee them out.  I'm taking a very high dose of B vitamins (2 folgards/day), and my dr told me whatever I didn't need I would pee out.  I'm on a vitamin water zero kick right now also.
