Just a cold?

So my LO has this wet mucosy cough and runny nose (sometimes green). He's eating well and wetting diapers and isn't running a fever. He doesn't cough much when he is up, but when we put him down for naps and at night he just hacks up a storm (we do have his mattress slightly elevated).

This is like the third cold we have had in a month and a half. So I'm wondering if this is just a cold or something I should take him in for.

Any suggestions on how to make the little guy more comfortable?

Sounds like a cold or if he has reflux issues it may be related. Keep an eye out for other symptoms. After a cold DD would develop an ear infection and sometimes conjunctivitis.
