Babies: 3 - 6 Months
Finally!
After weeks of her teasing me, D finally rolled over today! Twice! Totally took me off guard since she's been trying so hard to roll over from back to tummy, so I thought she'd end up doing that first. But nope! I guess she was sick of tummy time and over she went.
It was so adorable the first time she did it. We have this playmat with hanging jungle animals, and the monkey is her absolute favorite. She was so focused on grabbing her monkey, I'm not sure even even realized (or cared) that she finally rolled. The second time was absolutely hilarious because as soon as she went over, she looked up at me with this HUGE smile and started giggling.
Now if only she would show her daddy. LOL

This gives me hope. Still no rolling from my LO.
I was at the point where I thought she just content resting on her side because that's about as far as she'd get before becoming distracted with something else. She totally surprised me today, so don't give up! I think they like doing it when we least expect it.
Isn't it amazing how fast they grow? Just a few months ago, they just laid there...
LO rolled over 2x last week too while his daddy was away. He has not done it since. My husband is going crazy. LO better not roll over in daycare before he does for his daddy:)..
It's actually blowing my mind with how fast she's growing. She's nearly 4 1/2 months, and she has changed so much in such a short amount of time. I love watching her personality develop, and I can't wait to see what type of person she'll be as she grows up.
We've been trying all day to get her to roll over, and she isn't having it. She'll act like she's getting ready to roll, and just stop at the last second. Such a tease!
