Trader Joe's coming to Pittsford!!!

We just moved here from IN and I was grieving the loss of having Trader Joe's around every corner.  And sure enough, they followed us out here!

    I'm really curious, what's the deal with that store? It it a grocery store? I'm such a western new yorker. I've never heard of that store. I'm 30 minutes away from pittsford but after they open I might have to take a trip to check it out.

    TTC since 6/2003. m/c 9/14/03 8 weeks, 5 chemical pregnancies, mmc 6/04 12 weeks, Michael born sleeping 5/25/05 at 22weeks always our angel, fought ovarian cancer and won, m/c 4/06 5.2 weeks and 7/07 6.6 weeks,Our Miracle baby girl born 4/8/10,mc 12/18/11 at 5.3 weeks, BFP 10/26/12 dating u/s on 11/8/12 showing a strong heartbeat!EDD July 4,2013. RCS on 6/27. Baby boy in NICU for 8 long and scary days before he was able to come home. We are now a happy family of 4

    I remember seeing them when I lived in Philly, and I'm about 7 mins from Pittsford Plaza, so I will have to check it out.  I wonder how it's going to do with Wegmans practically next door. It would have to be pretty darn amazing to get this girl to give up Wegmans! :-)

    I would have preferred Whole Foods.....but will check it out if I am ever out there. They have an Aldi connection.....2 brothers started Aldi and split. One kept Aldi and the other started Trader Joe's. All I heard about them is something about $2 wine. 

    I don't know how they will survive next to Pittsford Wegmans....that is like a death wish! lol

    I'm really excited, although I do wish wine could be sold in grocery stores here because they have some great cheap wines. I will definitely shop there, their prices on some things like granola bars and applesauce pouches are way better than Wegmans.
