I have my appt in an hour and am getting some ?? together - anything you guys have/had in mind on your appointments?

So far I have a few questions about some mosquito bites (at least I think that's what they are), about whether his ear ache cleared up, flu shot and whether we need to do it, weaning off of BM & nursing (depending on if this happens before next appointment), what is correct dose for tylenol & motrin based on new weight, and also he's so particular about food - doesn't like meat, green veggies, only bananas, sweet potatoes, and yogurt.

And that's all I got. I usually have way more.

I want to know if I need to brush her tooth lol and if I should be concerned that she doesn't sit up from laying down on her back by herself. She can only sit up from laying on her tummy by herself.

My questions were about the flu shot and how she hates food, so I'm no help.

We didn't get the shot because she doesn't go to daycare and H works from home.  Hating food is fine, just keep at it and try to not get too frustrated*.  She could go on just BM/formula until a year anyway.

*Some advice another mom gave me which is working out REALLY well: just feed her one food until she realizes that it's food.  She went from refusing to eat literally everything to eating oatmeal plain, with BM, with a little cinnamon, and with some purees mixed in.

I am going to ask about the flu shot, how much he should be eating (formula, solids, finger foods), and if we should start giving him water.  That's all I have for now.  Our appointment isn't for another week and a half.

Hm, JT will always sit from his belly too - I never realized this could be an issue.

I'm also going to ask about how much water she should be getting.  I actually think she's getting to much right now.  The past few days she's been obsessed with her sippy cup and she drinks 2 whole sippy cups of water a day.  She loves it though!

This might not apply to you but I'm going to ask about her soft spot.  It's super tiny now and behind it is this huge bump.  A friend said that it's just closing and it's going to form a ridge for awhile but I'm still a little worried about it.
