OK, I posted pictures of Taylor's 1st birthday today on fb and I tagged people in some of the pictures. Now their friends (that I am not friends with) can comment on my pictures. I am not liking this! I have alll these folks I don't know liking and commenting on pictures of my kids. For some reason that creeps me out. I know they can see the pics if I tag their friends, but this commenting and liking thing is new. How can I prevent that? I have checked my security and I have it set to only friends, but I have no idea what to change it so other people I am not friends with can comment on my pics.
Re: Facebook help!
Yeah that's weird they can do that! I'm so annoyed by the way FB shows when my friend comments on a non-friend's status or picture in MY newsfeed...why would I care?? Not to mention that non-friend doesn't need me seeing their stuff anyway. I have no idea how to fix it other than to set it to friends-only, but sounds like that is not the answer.
I *think* the only way to get around it is to not tag your friends when you post. From what I can tell, when you tag someone, it is as if that person was posting it themselves, so it gets broadcast to their default audience, and all of their friends can comment on it.
