teething or sick

My family and I are on vacation right now and the past few days my LO has been sneezing, coughing, red eyes and draining. Now when I clean out her nose the fluid is green and yellow which kind of worries me since i am going on a plane with this little one on sat. she doesnt really seem sick except for the occasional crying and fussiness but this afternoon my DH noticed that another tooth has broken through her gums. anyone have any idea if this might be related or this might be a cold i am so confused and i really dont like hearing my little one cough up through the night, any ideas or thoughts are appreciate, oh and she is 8 months and 2 weeks old

I would say cold simply because you had green mucous.

The teething is probably making the symptoms worse. We've been going through the same thing since Sunday.
