Hi Girls--Sophie Update!

Sophie is doing great, at her Pedi. appt. yesterday she weighed 6 lbs, 7 oz!  She eats 3 oz every 3 hours.  She has been exclusively on formula for the past week, as I have dried up.  She doesn't seem to mind.  She had her evaluation for EI and they don't need to follow-up for 3 months.  They said she is doing everything a newborn should be doing, and in some areas she is doing things as a 2 month old!  That was great news to us.  Even better is the fact that at her eye appt. last week she now shows NO signs of ROP!  They don't need to see her for 3 months also.  We are now on a 2 week scheule for the Pedi. instead of every week.  She is coming along nicely and is bringing soo much happiness to our lives after all the rain we have been thru.  DH & I go back to work on Monday after taking 3 weeks to be home with her.  WOW, tomm. will be 3 weeks since that we brought her home...time flies!  She is also wearing newborn size clothes now too, & size 1 Swaddlers diapers so that makes it more real that she is growing and strong and healthy.
