My baby just turned a year and I'm pregnant again. But for the last year I've done no regular exercise so I feel I am soo out of shape and have lost a lot of flexibility. And I fear if I don't get back into the habit now, it will be a year (probably more) after the next baby before I get back into it.
So I'm looking for a well rounded work out w/ stretching that will keep my interest (I am NOT a fan of exercise. lol) Or maybe just a yoga video. whatever ya got!
I know I'm asking for a lot and appreciate whatever advice or recommendations I get!
