NBR: Those surveys on reciepts

Do you ever fill them out? Has anyone ever won anything? They are on several reciepts that we get and apparently you can win money or merchandise. I just bought something at old navy and if I fill out a survey I could win 1000$. Huh, maybe I should start doing this? Do you think it's worth it?

I usually do the ones with coupons on them, like save $3 off your next purchase type of thing. I usually don't do the ones that have big prizes, I figure there's no chance of winning so why waste my time. I may start though and hope nobody else does them, so I will win by default. :-)

Every once in a while, I do the Target ones, because who could use 5k to Target, right? But I have never won anything for it.

I will usually do the surveys that give you % off coupons at the end. Children's Place was great with those - they never expire. Every once in a while I'll do the "win $" surveys if I happen to have the receipt near me when I'm on the computer.

This exactly.  My favorite is Subway - I get a free cookie.
