Should I call doc?

My DD just finished her antibiotics for two ear infections and now we discovered her front teeth are coming in. She keeps grabbing her left ear but not really crying. Her left front tooth is coming in really good right now. I gave her some pain reliever last night and she slept through the night but woke up today still grabbing her ear but not crying. Should I call or wait and see? Have you gone through this?

Well, I would probably call just to be on the safe side.  I just brought Lea in on Monday (she had finished antibiotics for an ear infection on Friday but was still tugging at her ear).  Turns out she doesn't have another infection, but there is still fluid in her ears which they'll recheck in a few weeks.  But I feel better knowing she is ok.
