I bought a pair Reebok RealFlex shoes a couple of weeks ago at Lady Footlocker upon the recommendation of the sales lady, who has an 11 week old baby at home and worked on the concrete floor at her store until the day before she delivered and wore the shoes her entire pregnancy.
Let me tell you, they're a Godsend. I LOVE THEM. I have an odd ankle condition, I cannot even begin to spell the name, but my bones in my ankles aren't formed correctly. I had braces when I was an infant and toddler to help correct it but for whatever reason, they didn't correct anything, and now I have major issues. Then add being on my feet most of the day for my job (teacher) finding shoes that are comfortable for me on a long term basis is nearly impossible.
I am sure I look Klassy as all get out with my work slacks wearing tennis shoes, but I doubt anyone would make a snarky comment to a pregnant lady, lol.
I PROMISE I don't work for Reebok, I just really liked these shoes and for my whole life it's been a struggle finding shoes that "work" for my feet that I can actually afford on a teacher's salary (these were on sale for $70). I did buy some insoles for more ankle support which added to the price, but still worth it.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone, especially my expecting mamas.
Here's a link to the ones I got, I can't do tinypic at school...sorry.
Re: If you need a comfy pregnancy (or any other time) shoe...
My favorite pregnancy/work/comfort/anytime shoes are crocs.
Now... before you get all EWWWWW on me... they have AWESOME shoes!
These are the last pair I had until I wore them out:
And these are newest (and AWESOMEST) pair I have now:

I just got my crocs in the mail yesterday!! I ordered some boots. They are so comfy!! I am glad that I gots these!! Now I don't want to take them off!! LOL!! And it is still in the high 70s here in GA!
I bought these Clarks ... seriously, I don't think I've ever worn a more comfortable shoe. I may be investing in another pair of Clarks so I can alternate.
I tried ballet flats for awhile (normally I live in them), but the lack of support was making my feet hurt so bad by the end of the day. These, however, I can wear all day and still be comfy!

I always do too, even though we're allowed to wear them. The crocs look like dress shoes but feel like sneakers, or even sandals sometimes so it's a win-win

I have the middle shoe for work since we have to have shoes only for the room we work in! Love them!
