Hayley had her first real dinner with us last night and she loved it!!! It's so sad knowing she is getting to be a big girl. =( but it's so wonderful seeing her grow and develop.
Last night we had grilled chicken for dinner, and I shredded some "finger food" size for her. She also had turkey last week. Ive never done mashed potatoes, I dont know why. For some reason I thought I wasnt supposed to, but that could be lack of sleep talking.
EDIT: Now I remember, because we all make our mashed potatoes with cows milk around here. Although its probably a minute amount, I'm not going to bother with potatoes till she is older.
I gave it all as finger food. The potatoes weren't mashed they were in the crock with the roast. We have given mashed potatoes and I never once thought about the milk. She loves them!
