from City Mini single to City Select Double...?

If I were to get the City Select Double...

Should I keep my city mini or sell it? And is the back support better on the select than the 2010 city mini? I need to get out and check out the double but I don't know where they have it.

 

Also, how is the City select fitting in your trunks? I have a small car. Eventually we'll upgrade to a mini van but it might be a little while.

The CS fit in the back of our Subaru Forester and in our current Ford Explorer - but obviously those cars have more trunk space.  It doesn't fold small, but neither do any of the other doubles it competes with.  After a full year of 2u2, we are finally going to buy a double umbrella to keep in the car.

We have the city mini single and city micro double AND the city select. We use them all, but mainly I use the select. The mini is great too, and we still use it at times. DH loves that stroller so he said we should keep it and im glad we did. It folds so easily and when we travel we use it since DS walks a lot now. I have a mini van so the CS fits great, but, yet its big like most doubles. 

I think I have an addiction to all BJ strollers.

the BJCS fits into the trunk of our Honda Civic, if you want to to be really compact you can just pop off the rear wheels (it's not hard at all)  if I take the whole thing apart I can fit it into the stow and go area of my mini van.  The second option isn't really practical for everyday use, but if we are going on a vacation to a place that I might use it, I'd rather have it than not, and our trunk space is very valuable when it comes to vacation time!

We're keeping our City Mini single, selling our single bumbleride indie & getting the double indie.  I want a single in case I only have one baby with me & we don't plan on getting the city select (I'm not a fan of how it steers in our neighborhood).
