After c-section period?

I am almost 4 years post partum but ever since I had my c-section my period has been heavy and I have large clots. Has anyone else had this?

mine is very light, but I'm also on the pill

I've only had one period since my DD was born but my mom told me ibuprofen helps the flow lessen up. but i would talk to the doctor about this.
