I just ordered a medium this morning from amazon! I have a small and she just fits in it now. She is approx 26-27 in and 17 1/2 Lbs. I ordered a velboa one, which looks nice and cozy for winter.

We are about to move to a large one. DD is 8 1/2 months and 30 inches. She's not at all above the weight guidelines on the sleep sack, but she takes the entire length so we need to move up. I hate that the only guidelines are weight---height is as important or more so with those things.
Get a large i bought a medium the other day which looked huge (Halo) i think it was up to 35 inchs or something? or maybe 35 pounds. If you go on their website it says the measurements but since it's 100% cotton it shrunk now she will probably only be able to wear it for a month shes 29inch 21 lbs
I bought a large. I don't think she'll REALLY need it until it get SUPER cold...November/December/January (it's mid october and we're still sleeping with the windows open, it is beautiful). I bought a large to fit her THEN, rather than now. It looks huge but the arm holes look itty bitty. Good luck!
just moved into medium, which is supposed to fit most 6-12 month olds. i bought some larges a few months ago when a&a was having a sale, and they look HUGE.
The velboa one is awesome. It's lined with jersey and super soft. I got it in a medium, and I bought a large fleece one. DD is right between a medium and a large right now. She is 20 lbs and 30 inches, if that helps you get an idea.
