Can anyone rec a Santa who does parties?

My friend's mom lives in Santa Clara and used to have a "Santa Party" every year.  She would invite all of her friends with little kids to come over, they'd secretly bring a gift and stash it on the porch, and Santa would arrive, gather up the gifts from the porch, come in and call the kids by name to give them their gift.  It was the sweetest thing.  She's been doing it every year since her daughter (now 32 years old) was little.  

Last year her Santa retired, and she hasn't been able to find another one.  She's considering not having the party since she doesn't have a "professional" Santa, but it's Haley's first Christmas, and I was really looking forward to it!!  So I promised her I'd ask around to see if anyone knows someone who plays Santa for parties (beyond just a family friend or something... she wants someone who does this every year, I guess).

She can't hire the City of Santa Clara's own Santa because she was banned by the city several years ago for having too many kids at the party.  Apparently the city will only send their Santa to your house if you have 10 kids or fewer or something like that.... so the City of Santa Clara option is out, and the cities make you prove your residence to hire a Santa, so she can't go to another city to look for one.    Personally, I love the fact that she was banned from having Santa visit for having too many kids!  Hilarious!

Does anyone know a Santa for hire in the South Bay?

I hope you find her a new Santa....you'd think that the old Santa would have an elf or two he was mentoring and could recommend.

I just started googling and came across a few differnet "rent a santa" sites....looks like there are quite a few out there.

I hadn't even tried Googling yet... I guess I was afraid of what I'd find!  She's pretty picky, so I was hoping someone would know a Santa they could personally recommend.    But I'll try my "good friend" Google!

I know a Santa, but he is in Grass Valley area. He travels a lot and may be willing to travel to your area, or know someone who does it. Let me know if you want his info.
