I'm seriously considering going home and making homemade bread stuffing. I don't know why that sounds so delicious. ETA: it would only be for me and I'm not capable of making a small batch. :-/

    I suggest making a triple batch and freezing what you don't eat tonight for use at Thanksgiving. Win-win.
