Visitation-What happens on LO's birthday?

If it falls on a weekend? If it falls on a day that he is supposed to be with XH?

    Does it stipulate in the papers you share the day 50/50? If not, unless he agrees to it, he gets LO for the day. Do you have a CO or just an agreement ?

    Depends on many things.  What your CO says trumps all.  Logistics also plays into it, if you live close to each other, it would make sense to split the day if possible.

    Our CO doesn't mention it specifically, so if it falls on XH's EOW, then great, otherwise, I have it.

    DS's birthday is on a holiday (NYE), so we alternate every other year.

    We have a similar arrangement with Jake, but his birthday is June 30th, the day before Canada Day. We alternate years.
