So, we pretty much had our boys list finalized with Dexter, Maxwell, and Lincoln (mn Bernard), but we just heard the name "Dash" yesterday and BOTH fell in love with it!
I'm not usually an "out there" type name person. But I feel like it's really cool and different, which I kind of like. I'm a little concerned of it not aging well or looking professional on a resume though.
What are your thoughts? Does anyone else love this name too? (Btw, the full name "Dashiell" or any others are not an option).
Re: Dash?
Or you could also spell it "?".
(And yeah no I don't like it. It would be a cool name for a dog though.)
Love Dexter and Lincoln (Dexter is on my list too!)...
Dash is different- I say yes! Also, we have a friend who named their little boy, "Rex"-- love it!
Dexter, Maxwell, and Lincoln are so great, don't put Dash in the running.
Dash seems like a nn.
I love Maxwell, and I like Dexter and Lincoln as well. Dash doesn't seem to fit in the same category of sophistication.
Dash could be a cute nickname if it evolves naturally. But I wouldn't use Dashiell to force it. Good luck!
