Hi guys - I'm 19 weeks along and apparently my cervix is thinning too early (something called an incompetent cervix) ....  I just had an ultrasound on Friday, and I have to 'take it easy this weekend' go back in on Wednesday for another....  No treatment recommendation yet, but my doctor has mentioned a cerclage, injections and bed rest....  Anyone have any experience with this?  If you end up having to get a cerclage, can you go back to your normal routine?  Or do you typically end up on bed rest?
