Re: BNB October Siggy Challenge!
"Born Angelo Siciliano in Acri, Calabria, Italy, he and his mother emigrated to the United States in 1904. He grew up in Brooklyn a sickly child. As a teen, he had sand kicked in his face by a lifeguard at Coney Island and resolved to improve his health and physique. Using a system of isometric exercises, which he later dubbed "Dynamic Tension," he built up his body, winning a "Most Perfectly Developed Man" contest at Madison Square Garden in 1922. He had doubled his weight, his chest was an impressive 54? inches and his biceps measured 17 inches, measurements he maintained for the rest of his life. Friends said that he resembled a statue of Atlas and the name stuck. He legally changed his name to Charles Atlas." - findagrave.com
Charles Altas and Arnold Schwarzenegger were the two names I learned of in bodybuilding when I was younger. I love the combination of the classic with the ancient, and I'll even forgive him for tossing aside his name that has my name in it.

I chose Julian Edelman because he plays for my team (the Patriots) and he is HOTTT. I have also loved the name Julian since Big Daddy came out years ago
Julian Francis Edelman (born May 22, 1986) is a wide receiver for the New England Patriots of the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Patriots in the seventh round of the 2009 NFL Draft.
Apollo is my #1 guilty pleasure name.
Didn't realize until just now that Ohno's is spelled differently. According to wikipedia 'his father chose to name his son Apolo after the Greek words "Ap," which means to "steer away from" and "lo," which means "look out; here he comes." '
