I just don't like Gemma, not sure why.  I especially don't like it paired with Rose.  But, for a celeb I think it's a great choice.

I do like Jemima, called Jem though.  Yeah, I realize that makes very little sense.

i like Gemma, we actually had it on our list for a second, but my likes/dislikes are changing daily.  plus i had a dream about the baby's name if it's a girl and i think we are going with that.

LOVE IT. I've never understood the animosity toward Gemma-- I think it's a great name. And for a celebrity, it's amazing!

Then again, Rose was one of Charlotte's baby names. I'd think she'd want to avoid that, no?

It's decent but I have never warmed up to Gemma. DD's nn is Genna so maybe that's why it seems "off" to me.

I think its a very nice name. I've always liked Gemma and thought it was very romantic sounding. I'm neutral on Rose, it always seems like a "filler" name to me.
