Anyone's DC allergic to eggs? Come in, please!

So, we just found out B is allergic to eggs. I kind of suspected it for a while, so it's no big surprise. Now that I know for sure, though, I'm trying to remove the eggs from her diet - and I'm finding that there's alot of foods with eggs in them! Anyway, I just want to make sure that B doesn't suffer from not being able to eat that healthy source of protein. Can you guys tell me what I can give her as a substitute, something just as good as eggs?

Just want to clarify.. is she allergic or intolerant?  They are different things.  Does she get an allergic reactoin from eating them or can her stomach not tolerate the egg protein.  The reason I ask is b/c I am egg intolerant and my stomach can not digest egg white protein.  The first doctor that diagnosed me said it to my parents wrong and they thought for years that I was allergic to eggs which is not the case.

HisBetterHalf - it's an allergy. We have an epi-pen for her, in case she has some sort of anaphylactic reaction sometime. Our doctor said to take all traces of egg out of her diet.
