Breastfed baby with reflux help

My 3 week old daughter is EBF and she has some reflux issues.  She isnt spitting up but she does cough, pull head back, and gets hiccups.  What are some things you have done to help with the reflux?  Also right now it doesnt help that she has a cold and is congested.  Any help with congestion will also be appreciated.  Thank you

    Definitely have her sleep elevated - either in a Rock and Play or fold up blankets/towels underneath the sheets for both reflux and congestion.

    For the congestion, a humidifier is a great help.  I also love the Nosefrida Snot Sucker.

    Have you talked with your pedi about both? I would if you have not already.
