Shingles anyone?

I have shingles and have not gotten the blisters.  Has anyone not ever gotten the blisters.  According to info online I'm contagious if I have the blisters so I guess I am just stuck waiting.  Any info would be great! TIA

Ugh I got shingles a couple years ago, it really sucks... I heard that the liquid that comes from the blisters is what is contagious... and that when they start to  clear up you should be fine, but i'd stay away from young kids and babies until its all gone. By contagious it means you can give chicken pox to people who haven't had it yet (little kids without vaccination mostly) but shingles itself is not contagious to anyone who has already had chicken pox. It is just your old chicken pox re-emerging from being dormant in your spine . It can be a sign that your immune system has weakened. I hope you get well soon!

Also if you haven't already you should see a doctor. If you don't take meds within the first 72 hours then it can go on for a lot longer.
