IF books for DH?

Can anyone recommend any books for MH to read about dealing with IF?  I feel like I have explained my feelings over and over again to him and he thinks I'm just impatient (he's the most patient person in the world and would think that five years is just a blink in the grand scheme of life...)  Maybe if he had something directed towards men it would be helpful.

    My H read How to Make Love to a Plastic Cup and liked it. I haven't read it so I don't really know what it was about...

    Someone just let my DH borrow, What He Can Expect When She's Not Expecting by Marc Sedaka. He hasn't finished it yet but so far so good I think!

    My DH read this one, too, and really liked it.

    Mine too.  It is written with a lot of "man anaologies" and it was an easy read, but it really helped him see where I'm coming from.

    ETA: i think the author lurks/posts on the boards sometimes. 

    Me: 30, Dx Unexplained/hypothalamic amenorrhea
    DH: 31, normal!
    April/May 2011: Menopur + Ovidrel +TI = BFN
    Oct 2011: Menopur + Hcg +IUI = BFP!
    Beta #1 (13dpiui)= 129.7, Beta #2 (15 dpiui)= 305
