seriously, baby #2?

so yesterday I went to the OBs office with contractions but it wasnt "enough" to send me in and my cervix is all closed (which is fine- since I'm a repeat c/s) I want the kid to cook but I'm in a lot of pain...

I feel like having a set date is almost a curse- the days are dragging and the "practicing" that my body is doing is just a cruel tease...

and an addition to this- I just went to my month board and all the "I was a sept mommy" and "I just went to my 38w appt and I 4cm dilated.." posts make me want to cry...

You are so close now!! Contractions stink, blah. I hope these last few days start to speed up for you!

Oh that is THE worst! I was so jealous and felt like everyone was giving birth before I would.

Ok, dialation means nothing.  I wasn't dilated the day before I had my first.  I was dilated for weeks and weeks before baby #2.

I had contractions for months before I had #2.. I remember being in borders and I had a contraction that brought me to my knees.  I've heard it just gets worse with each subsequent baby because your body is prepared.
