I'm new to the Bump, I heard about this website from a friend of mine at work and she told me that I'd love all the useful information I could find.  My soon to be husband and I have been together for 4 1/2 years now and decided last year to start trying to expand our family.  After coming off of BC, it took a long time for my cycles to even back out, I'd say around January.  So we've been TTC since then.  It's been frustrating and I've wanted to throw in the towel several times.

Keep in mind that it can take an average healthy couple up to a year to conceive. Are you charting your cycles, etc? Your timing may be off and you don't even know it. If you haven't seen it yet, I recommend a copy of Taking Charge of Your Fertility or a (free) membership to fertilityfriend.com.

After several months of the 'every other day' method, yes, I have started tracking my ovulation with BBT and OPK.
