How do you twitter?

Do updates from people you follow go to your phone or something?

I created an account for my business (per the rec of other etsy sellers) but never did anything with it.  

Does @yourname send it straight to you only?

I have a twitter account but I don't use it as often as I FB. Basically I have less "friends" on twitter than on FB so I feel like things I need to vent about but don't want to be questioned about I tweet, and everything else I feel needs to be said I FB. (And if you were my FB friend you would know I don't do overabundant status').

 On Twitter though you have followers. When you tweet it only goes to your followers; unless one of your followers retweets you. And you can only see tweets from people you follow; unless someone you follow retweets something that someone else you don't follow tweeted. (And I'm sure I just confused you because I think I confused myself typing that out! LOL)

Thanks for the splainin'!  Where does it "go"?  To your email?  Phone?  FB?

I have a smartphone so I do have twitter synced up on that. So if I tweet it won't go to my follower's phones unless I tag them (With the @theirname).

If you don't have a phone that accesses twitter than you would have to log into your twitter acct on the computer- but I don't even remember my password so I never do that. LOL!
