To get me sign the papers...he STOLE DS jacket on a night when it was chilly enough to need one!  He told me that he pays me child support so I can just go buy another one!  Way to confirm the reasons that I left you, DB!  UGH!

To clarify, I hadn't received the copy of our agreement draft (which I am EAGERLY waiting for as I want to be signed, sealed, and DONE).  So the only person he was hurting was DS with his backwards logic and anger over the fact that I am no longer living with him and he no longer gets to abuse me on a daily basis.  *Realizes that first post didn't make a ton of sense...*

I did....and notified my lawyer...and kept the text message he sent afterwards.  I'm just pissed that he tries to use stuff like this because he knows the easiest way to get to me is to hurt DS.  He finally agreed to give it back, thankfully, by text, after telling me that I'm depriving our DS of his dad.  Uh, really?  I think i'm actually protecting him and doing him a service.
