Not adoption related: Clickable Link to Blog? How to do!?

Just wondering if someone more computer literate than I can tell me how to make the link to my Blog clickable? I changed the background last nite and would like to update it with adoption stuff ( it was originally for IF) but I have no idea how to make a hyper link ....not even sure if that's the corrrect term, but I think you will get me drift! I posted the link under my siggy, but one would have to c& p to get it to work!

 If any brilliant lady out there can help, I would be grateful! TIA!!!
