what does "reassuring" test results mean?

I got a message from genetics saying the blood test results are reassuring but to call them.  I like the word reassuring but at the same time my mind is racing.  Why wouldn't she say..everything is great or normal. 

Has anyone had experience with this?

    what test did you have?  they can't leave actual results on a voice mail, so if they said reassuring, everything is probably fine.

    It was a blood screening before the ultrasound.  I guess the quad screen?  I am not really sure.  thanks!
