When I placed my order on zulily today, it gave me free shipping for the rest of the day. You might want to try a smaller order and then order again with free shipping if it will let you. I'm not sure if it's because I spent a certain amount or not.

    It's their new policy.  If you place any order, you get free shipping for the rest of the day.  So you don't have to stick everything in one shopping cart anymore!
