  • I'm doing okay. I'm not feeling great so my appetite is off. When I do want to eat, it's comfort food. Plus I haven't worked out at all.

    Today I ate a healthy breakfast (yogurt, banana and a slice of ww toast w/ a bit of jelly) and I plan on drinking lots of water (in hopes of flushing out this bug), plus I will burn some calories by power cleaning the house tonight in preparation for out of town guests this weekend.

  • Made pumpkin spice lattes with real pumpkin, skim milk and splenda.

    Will drink lots of water.

    Make a pot pie for dinner with TONS of veggies and a light potato crust

    2. Stop eating 4 Oreos after my healthy lunch everyday!

    3. Go to bed early in hopes of exercising tomorrow am.

  • Sorry I'm a day late. I couldn't post yesterday, and couldn't wait to go to bed last night so no computer time for me!

    This is what I did:

    1. Drank lots of water (I think I got up to 80 oz. yesterday)

    2. Ran 3 1/4 miles after work

    3. Kept to portion sizes for dinner, since it was my only time yesterday to have a real meal.
