Here are the things I could not live/have lived without:
Miracle Blankets (THE BEST) EZ 2 Nurse Twin nursing pillow Double stroller
It was nice to have an extra stock of diapers and wipes, we got TONS at our baby shower and TONS from my parents. We are still using gifted diapers which is freakin AWESOME.
This! And meals. I also appreciated snack-type things that I could eat quickly throughout the day. Someone brought me a monkey bread and I think I lived off it for 4 days.
Congratulations to my girl AmberZ! So happy for you!
DOUBLE STROLLER! One that carseats snap into! I have a Graco DuoGlider and love it, but lots of moms love the DSNG! Swings and boppys....two of everything.
Spontaneous Di/Di twin boys born at 34 weeks on 02/21/2011
diapers and wipes! While it was an expense thing...it was also so convenient to have a huge supply downstairs. Meals were also amazing.Loved miracle blankets.
I also just loved it when someone would call and say I'm coming over and brought me a coffee and held a baby. That allowed me to just enjoy one, knowing the other was cuddled too and have some adult conversation.

Millions of swaddles, boppy covers, bibs, bottles and crib sheets. The more of these you have the less you have to wash cause you can hoard up and do one or two big washes and still have some available to use. We have enough bottles todo the whole day and run the dish washer at night. We have two Boon grass drying racks for pump parts, bottles, pacis....
For momma a Keurig. It is my best friend in the morning and it takes the two seconds that the girls let me have after their breakfast.
